Reservation requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance. 

Reservations for the upcoming school year start September 1st. 

Visits are limited to two classes a day to reduce the impact on the Park’s resources.  Please note that the availability for guided tidepool hikes at Leo Carrillo State Park is very limited and reservations fill quickly. 

Day use parking fees are waived for school groups with approved reservations only. 

Schools without a reservation maybe re-directed to other locations if the Park is full.  During popular months when the Parks are full, unscheduled schools maybe re-directed to other locations and must pay full fees ($12 per car & $125 per bus).

Chaperones are required and we recommend one adult for every 6-7 students.
